Moment of truth?
We kinda like each other here in the office. In fact, it’s something our employees consistently report when asked about their favorite part of the job – that they love their co-workers. It’s fun to share some of that on our social channels so you can see that the culture here is important to us – and we consider each other family.
Selling aircraft parts and fabricating aircraft hoses is what we do, but how we do it is just as important. Working as a team enables us to serve our customers better, faster, and more reliably. And as we adapt to the changing trends of the aviation industry, our relationship with each other is more important than ever because we feel fulfilled in our work.
It’s true. We get along.
Faith Choctaw has been part of the Professional Aviation Associates family for nearly eight years now. She started as a receptionist where she got to know our customers and processes intimately. She eventually moved to Accounting, and is now contributing to our marketing efforts. She has a young son, and really appreciates that we’re family-friendly.
Amy Anderson agrees – she has 18 years of aviation sales support experience and has been with us for the last seven of those. According to her, we operate like a well-oiled machine! Bryan Barfield, our Operations Manager who KNOWS how to have fun, is on the same page and says the people he works with are the best part of his day.
