We passed our annual audit to renew our ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B certificate with flying colors.
Ever wondered what goes on inside an authorized FAA/TSO Parker Hannifin Stratoflex aircraft hose shop? In the event your mind has led you down that path, we’ll give you a peek behind the scenes to satisfy your curiosities.
It all starts before the work order
We get our minds right before we lift a finger in the hose shop; we know your aircraft is dependent upon reliable hoses, and we take our commitment to serving you well very seriously.
We’ve been fabricating quality hoses for more than 25 years and have yet to see one fail in service.
“You have to set the intention of your work in here. We’re really good at what we do, and we use OEM material - it takes focus and attention to detail to put it all together,” said Bryan, hose shop technician.
Why we do what we do
We care about our customers beyond making sure you’re happy. Our desire for your satisfaction goes deeper – we want to actually make your life easier. And that means getting you everything you need - in its entirety – when you need it. While you make time for a lot of things in your day, going back and forth about what’s been left out of your aircraft hose kit is not on your list of priorities. Time is money – we get it.
So when our hose shop technicians, turn on the lights in the shop every morning, they have this mentality motivating their workflow.
The brass tacks
“Look, it comes down to this. Our customers count on us to get their hose or kit out right, and fast. That’s what they expect out of us, and we’re going to do everything we can to deliver on that promise,” explained David, hose shop technician.
We fabricate individual Stratoflex hoses and complete hose kits for Learjet 20, 30, 40, 55 and 60, Cessna, King Air Series, Beech 1900, Hawker, Baron 58P, Beechjet, Bonanza, Bell Helicopters and Piper Cheyenne aircraft. We’re quick, complete, reliable and affordable.
If you want this kind of attention to detail and quality on your aircraft hoses, you know what to do!
